Hello! My name is Danielle and I am fascinated with how food can heal us! Since starting my journey I have discovered so many new things about nutrition. I always thought I consumed a pretty healthy diet but after doing some research, I learned I was not nourishing my body the way I should. We have all been there. We buy skim milk, low fat yogurt, watch our carb consumption, count our calories and then wonder why we are not losing weight or feeling better. This is because we are missing out on so many calorie dense, nutrient rich foods…The answer is plants!! Consuming a whole foods, plant based diet makes me feel my best!
